Over 18 years combined with Technical and Managerial experience in the heart of Jebal Ali Port, Dubai, UAE. Overseeing the Refrigeration Section, within the Technical Department. The Refrigeration comprise of the following sub sections Reefer, Air Conditioning for T1, T2, T3, T4, Cold Store and Cool Store T1. Where I have also had the opportunity to work on major projects with key international stakeholders of the port industry. With the ability to work in a team and lead a 24 hours operation that is commercially viable which contributes to the bottom line of the technical department.

OPERATIONS
- Oversees the departmental technical operations, ensures all systems and documentation are compiled & in a timely manner
- Ensure the 24 hours operation is correctly and efficiently maintained
- Manage all aspects operational aspect of the Reefer Yards, Cold Store, Cool Store and A/C maintenance to ensure workload is performed in timely, efficient and a safe manner
- Work related systems Maximo, REFCON, CTMS, Navis Sparcs, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Manage the execution of emergency and breakdown repair thereby ensuring minimum equipment downtime and prolonged equipment life. Ensure that manage resolving problem as and when they accrue.
- Oversee the execution of Planned Maintenance Program and ensure work is carried out as per assigned schedules, job plans an associated checklist.
- Monitor the workforce performance on a monthly basis to ensure the jobs are completed within the allotted time frame period.
- Analyze and update Job Plans and PM schedules on a regular basis to reflect changes and new developments for management review
- Review new technology and manage the implementation of such project related to the refrigeration section
